Contest Terms

YOU MAY ENTER AND MAY WIN WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT.  YOUR ODDS OF WINNING INCREASE WITH MORE ENTRIES, BUT EACH SINGLE ENTRY HAS AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING AS ANY OTHER ENTRY.  

Capitalized terms used below are either defined below or in the complete Official Rules

1. What’s the prize?

[Up to] two-thousand (2,000) Winners will receive a prize of ten dollars (USD 10) (the “Prize One”). 

If I win, when will I get the Prize One? [by 1/30/2023]

What about taxes? The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt.  

[Up to] three (3) Winners will receive a prize of ten-thousand (USD 10,000) (the “Prize Two”). 

If I win, when will I get the Prize Two? [by 1/30/2023]

What about taxes? The Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt.  

In order to accept Prize One and Prize Two, the Winner must accurately complete and timely return all documentation required by Super. 

2. Entry Requirements

Age You must be at least 18 years old to enter the contest.

Restrictions on those who can enter.  The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States of America. 

Other Restrictions: Entry is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. See the Official Rules for more details. In certain jurisdictions, local rules and laws may restrict or prohibit the award of certain prizes or impose additional restrictions on participation.

3. When can I enter?

This contest begins [11/21/2022], and ends [12/7/2022] (the “Entry Period”). Super is the official timekeeper.

4.  How do you pick the Winner?
Super will conduct a random drawing on or after close of Entry Period.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from a participant during the Entry Period. The potential Winner will be drawn from among all valid entries received by Super during the Entry Period. The potential Winner will be notified, on or after the close of Entry Period, but must respond in a timely manner that meets with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. 

5.  Winner Confirmation & Verification:  

Potential Winners are subject to confirmation and verification by Super as set out in the terms and restrictions in the Official Rules. As part of the Winner confirmation and verification process Super may conduct background check(s) on a potential Winner except where legally prohibited. Background checks may occur without any additional notice to the potential Winner and/or prior to awarding the Prize(s), as may be permitted by law. Obtaining the Prize constitutes authorization to such background checks, without Super providing additional prior notice or seeking additional authorizations or consents from the potential Winner.
