This combination medication is designed to address melasma, characterized by dark, patchy areas on the facial skin, commonly found on the cheeks and forehead. Melasma can be triggered by hormonal changes. The product contains three active ingredients: Hydroquinone, which acts as a reversible skin lightening agent; Tretinoin, a retinoid that promotes skin cell turnover; and Fluocinolone, a medium-strength corticosteroid that alleviates swelling, itching, and redness.
